The Magic of Fairies!
This popular workshop is back again brought to you by Ruth Gleeson, a shamanic practitioner and is for all ages!
10am – 2pm
£15 per person
£10 for siblings
“Come along in your best fairy outfit to hang out with the Hope fairies for the day.
We will make peg fairies and dress them in beautiful attire with acorn hats and feathery wings. We will bake delicious fairy cakes and write our magical letters to the little folk.
Once we have created our mystical fairy circle we will weave our dances around and around, beat the drum and ring the fairy bells – how can they resist?
Perhaps our home baked cakes with beautiful decorations will entice them to join in our dance. Come, come and join our fairy day” Ruth.
Please bring a packed lunch and picnic blanket. Bring your favourite Fairy costume to wear.
Activities for the day include:
- Meet the Fairies! We will be making our own peg doll fairies with silk leaves and acorn hats
- Make delicious Fairy cakes and decorate your fairy cakes
- Venture outside and find the name of your fairy
- Write a letter to the fairies
- Create a fairy circle
- Dance and play music for the fairies outside around the fairy circle!
